Understanding and Preventing Sexual Harassment on Campus & Managing Complaints of Harassment in the Workplace In this session, participants will gain an understanding of definitions, prohibited behaviours, and legal liabilities under the Sex Discrimination Ordinance (SDO). The session will equip the university community with practical knowledge on preventing harassment through policies, procedures, building awareness, and cultural changes. Participants will also learn about the options for resolving harassment complaints and experience an effective conciliation process.
